    1 bedroom unit 来的 现在市场上studio都在这个价位了,这个同样价位而且是1 bedded,个人觉得比较有竞争力, 还请各位赐教

之前听发展商说那里以后会靠近MRT station在 kempas baru, 但现在JB 市区里的MRT计划好像已经遥遥无期了。
除了靠近high way旁,好像没什么优势了

那里的交通好像是一个大问题!旁晚的时候,塞到阿妈都不认识..
如果到时condo,好了,路还是这样... 应该会很够力..

    since there is already 7% GRR, we should maintain the rental at least 7%++, spoilt the market only make every one suffer

competition = sky garden, sky peak, sky estasia, kls new launch at kempas, the woods at starhill, among itself d'summit 2000++......
