PUTERI HARBOUR ICONIC BRIDGE PROJECT

Discovered a nice new iconic bridge to be developed in Puteri Harbour which will certainly add aesthetic value to the surrounding environment. Construction has commenced but completion date is unknown. (Perhaps by early 2016)

A key component of the Iskandar Malaysia project in Johor took a key step forward earlier this year when the Senai Hi-Tech Park (Senai HTP) signed its first tenants. EQ Solar announced it will build a US$500-million facility to manufacture monocrystalline and polycrystalline solar modules, and MOX Linde Gases will build a plant for industrial gas manufacturing and separation. In May, STX Energy Co. Ltd. of South Korea announced it will build a solar-cell manufacturing facility in Senai HTP pending a feasibility study.

  1.雅居乐



  雅居乐风波,最早发端于10月3日,当天香港商人陈浩唯以近万字长文指控雅居乐,并列举公司"官商勾结"。同一天,雅居乐突然宣布紧急停牌。据财新网报道,早在今年7月,昆明市原市委书记张田欣因涉嫌腐败而被"双规",随后数位雅居乐驻云南的高管也遭到羁押。

  2014年10月10日,雅居乐地产控股有限公司公告称,9月30日起,陈卓林被昆明市人民检察院批准执行指定居所监视居住。10月13日,停牌十日之久的雅居乐开盘当日股价大幅跳水17%,市值蒸发34亿港元。

  12月14日,雅居乐地产控股有限公司宣布,昆明市人民检察院"指定居所居住措施"对陈卓林已不适用,陈卓林将恢复履行其作为雅居乐执行董事、董事会主席及公司总裁的职务。受这一消息刺激,12月15日,雅居乐地产股价单日涨幅达11.1%,收报4.51港元,最高报4.54港元。
